A few weeks ago, one of my clients challenged me on the value of finding his own “Alcatraz.”

I’ve known Rick Randolph for more than half my life.

We first met when I was 17 years old, the summer before my freshman year at Cal Poly. I was a camp counselor at Vaughn Hitchcock Wrestling Camp. Rick was a camper.
